A Better Use of Your Time

Nothing Compares to You
Comparing yourself to others implies a lack of trust in yourself. Everyone is on their own personal journey. They have the same divine spark within them as you.
Comparing yourself to someone else is an exercise in futility, since you are the judge of who is the better part of the comparison.
Seal of Approval
As a child, you sought approval. You received smiles, cuddles, and tickles from your parents. As an adult, you learn to approve of yourself.
Approve of your current job or career goals, they are confirming your awareness of your purpose in life. Approve of your relationships with friends and loved ones. They are either loving relationships or learning experiences.
Approve and love every part of your life, so that you can be happy being the person you are. Right now, is when you are creating your future, approve of the path you are walking through your life.
Not to Worry
Worrying is a waste of time. If you worry about something and it works out, you worried for nothing. If you worry about something and it does not work out, you have only made the situation worse by fretting and placing your focus on a result you do not want, thereby possibly helping to create it.
When you allow events to unfold naturally, envisioning the best outcome, you are using your energy and thoughts to create the results you desire.
Worrying wastes huge amounts of energy and creates stress. When you believe things will turn out well, and focusing on the best outcome, you are helping to create it.
How do you stop worrying? First, you must have the intention. Then realize you are in control of your thoughts. Worrying is learned You did not worry as a child. Why should anything go wrong?
It is not always something, a mantra that is frequently expressed, as if it were an absolute reality. If that was the case, life would be a continuous stream of unfortunate events. If you believe that things go smoothly, there is a good chance they will.
How often have you heard, with my luck? There is no reason to admit defeat from the start, by assuming things will not go as you wish. There is always a best outcome, even if you are not certain what that might be.
Consider nature, everything is perfect in the natural world, and you are part of that world. It’s always something or with my luck, are not sentiments that are aligned with the natural flow of life. A better plan is to watch life unfold perfectly, the way it is meant to be.
Regrettable Regrets
Regretting the past is placing your energy into what you wished had never happened and sustaining it. Over time, you may end up regretting all the time you spent regretting.
Being aware that you would have done things differently, means you learned from the experience.
Instead of regretting the past, take back the power you lost, forgive everyone involved, and forgive yourself. Release all the old energy and send it back to the universe. Bring in platinum white light and bathe your energy body in it. You’ll feel better for it.
